Warranty Policy

Every Skateboard we ship to all of our customers comes from One Of The Best Skateboard Manufacturer in the skateboard Industry, thus giving us the opportunity to offer you the best warranty in the market.

 

Our warranty includes :

Delamination and or Manufacturing defects, Print/Design/Color not per your request.

To claim and or request an exchange or return, please contact us by logging into our website at www.mysk8design.com/customerservice

You will need to provide the Purchase Order Number, Pictures and your Member’s information.

Upon determination of that in fact our warranty applies, we will ship you a new board.

If its a Custom Board, you will need to provide the Purchase Order Number, Pictures, your Design, and your Member’s information. Upon determination of that in fact our warranty applies, we will ship you a new board within 2 to 3 weeks.

mysk8design takes pride in our shipping, carefully packaging your board, however we are not responsible for any damages to your Board during and or caused by shipping.

Your Skateboard may be exposed to nose and tail damage, scratches due to rail and/or curb impact, it may also break upon landing incorrectly. These hereby mentioned damages are NOT considered Manufacturing Defects, therefore do not qualify for a refund or exchange.
